当サービスは、日本で暮らす外国人の方に対し、(a) 日本語レッスン（オンラインは Google Meet を使用）、(b) 生活サポート・同行支援および文書の添削（エージェント）、(c) イベント・コミュニティ、およびこれらに付随する情報提供を行うオンラインプラットフォームです。未成年の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえで ご利用ください。
Kakehashi is an online platform offering, for foreign residents in Japan: (a) Japanese lessons (online lessons use Google Meet), (b) everyday-life and accompaniment support and document proofreading ("Agent"), (c) events and community, and related information. Minors must obtain a parent or guardian's consent before use.
当サービスのエージェントは、通訳・同行・ご本人が行う書類記入の補助などの「支援」を提供するものです。手続きの成功、許認可の取得、審査の通過、その他いかなる結果も保証するものではありません。
Kakehashi's Agent provides support only — such as interpretation, accompaniment, and helping you fill in your own documents. We do not guarantee the success of any procedure, the granting of any permit or approval, the outcome of any review, or any other result.
エージェントは、次のことを行うものではなく、次の責任を負いません。
The Agent does not perform, and is not responsible for: (i) legal, administrative, or tax advice or representation reserved for licensed professionals (lawyers, administrative scriveners, tax accountants, etc.); (i-a) preparing documents for government offices (including the Immigration Services Agency) on your behalf, submitting them for you, or acting as an application agent — you decide what goes on the form and submit it yourself; we sit with you as you fill it in and, where helpful, write out parts such as kanji exactly as you tell us, then check the finished form together with you; (i-b) real estate brokerage — we accompany and interpret at viewings and contracts for properties you choose, but do not introduce or broker properties; (ii) medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; (iii) guaranteeing the result or approval of any visa, residency, or other application; (iv) outcomes concerning your life, body, health, safety, or property; (v) unlimited liability for misunderstandings or mistranslations arising from linguistic nuance or technical terminology, although we make reasonable efforts toward accuracy.
最終的な判断・意思決定は、利用者ご自身の責任で行っていただきます。重要な法的・医療的・財務的判断については、必ず該当分野の有資格の専門家にご相談ください。当サービスは、専門家への橋渡し・通訳の立場に徹します。
All final decisions are made at your own responsibility. For important legal, medical, or financial matters, always consult a qualified licensed professional in the relevant field. Kakehashi acts solely as a bridge and interpreter to such professionals.
Proofreading covers résumés, work histories, general documents and letters, and school assignments. Documents submitted to government offices (e.g. residence applications) and legal documents such as contracts are not covered. We comment on expression and clarity in Japanese or English and return suggested edits; we do not guarantee hiring, grades, or other outcomes. For school assignments we give feedback to support your learning and do not write them for you; following your school's rules is your responsibility.
登録および閲覧は無料です。レッスン・イベント・エージェント支援など個別のサービスをご利用の際に、表示された料金が発生します。月額プラン（プレミアム）は継続課金（サブスクリプション）であり、解約するまで毎月自動的に更新・請求されます。お支払いは決済代行会社（Stripe）を通じて処理されます。
Registration and browsing are free. Fees apply when you use individual services (lessons, events, Agent support). The monthly Premium plan is a recurring subscription that renews and is charged automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed via our payment provider (Stripe).
初回無料：はじめての方は、レッスン・イベント・エージェント・添削のうち どれか1回を 無料で ご利用いただけます（お一人さま1回限り・複数アカウントでの利用は不可）。無料で申し込んだ回が 実施されるまでの間、ほかのお申し込みは 有料です。無料回は、レッスンは 終了時刻、イベント・エージェント・添削は 運営が 完了とした時点で 使用済みになります。当日のキャンセル・連絡のない欠席も 使用済みとなります。当方都合で 実施前に中止した場合は、未使用に戻ります。
Free first use: First-time members may use one lesson, event, Agent request, or proofreading for free (once per person; using multiple accounts is not allowed). Until the free booking takes place, other bookings are paid. It counts as used at the lesson's end time, or when we mark the event, Agent request, or proofreading as completed. Same-day cancellations and no-shows also count as used. If we cancel before it takes place, your free use is restored.
予約・申込・依頼の変更およびキャンセルは、ポータルのメッセージ または メールで 運営までご連絡ください。月額プランはいつでも解約できます。解約後は次回請求が停止されますが、既に経過した期間分の返金は原則として行いません。個別サービスの返金は、特定商取引法に基づく表記の「返品・返金」に定めるとおりとします。
To change or cancel a booking, application, or request, contact us via the portal chat or email. You may cancel the monthly plan at any time; cancellation stops future billing, but fees for elapsed periods are generally non-refundable. Refunds for individual services follow the "Refunds" section of our Legal Notice.
法令違反、他者の権利侵害、虚偽情報の登録、複数アカウントの作成、当サービスの運営妨害、他の利用者・スタッフへの迷惑行為、第三者の個人情報を 必要な範囲を超えて 送信すること等を禁止します。
You must not violate laws, infringe others' rights, register false information, create multiple accounts, disrupt the Service, harass other users or staff, or send third parties' personal information beyond what is necessary.
当サービスは、法令で認められる範囲において、サービスの利用または利用不能から生じた損害について責任を負いません。当サービスが責任を負う場合であっても、その範囲は、当該サービスについて利用者が実際にお支払いいただいた金額を上限とします。ただし、当サービスの故意または重大な過失による場合は、この限りではありません。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kakehashi is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Where liability applies, it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant service. This limitation does not apply in cases of Kakehashi's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
当サービスは、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更は、当サービス上でお知らせします。
We may update these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced on the Service.
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
