はじめての方は、レッスン・イベント・エージェント・添削のうち どれか1回を 無料で ご利用いただけます（お一人さま1回限り）。無料で申し込んだ回が 実施されるまでの間、ほかのお申し込みは 有料となります。実施前に 当方都合で 中止した場合は、無料回は 未使用に 戻ります。First-time members may use one lesson, event, Agent request, or proofreading for free (once per person). Until that free booking takes place, other bookings are paid. If we cancel it before it takes place, your free use is restored. |

レッスン・イベント・エージェント支援は、予約・申込・調整された日時に提供します。添削は、書類の受領後 通常3日以内に お返しします。月額プランの機能は決済完了後ただちにご利用いただけます。Lessons, events, and Agent support are provided on the scheduled date/time. Proofreading is usually returned within 3 days of receiving your document. Monthly plan features become available immediately after payment. |

| 解約・キャンセルCancellation |
月額プランはいつでも解約でき、解約後は次回以降の課金を停止します（お支払い済みの期間の末日まで ご利用いただけます）。既に経過した期間分の返金は原則行いません。
個別サービスの変更・キャンセルは、ポータルのメッセージ または メールで 運営までご連絡ください。The monthly plan can be cancelled anytime; future billing stops and you can keep using it until the end of the paid period. Fees for elapsed periods are generally non-refundable. To change or cancel an individual booking, contact us via the portal chat or email. |

| 返品・返金Refunds |
サービスの性質上、提供済みのサービスについては返金いたしかねます。未提供のサービスは 次のとおりです。
- 実施日の前日までに ご連絡いただいた キャンセル：全額返金
- 当日のキャンセル・連絡のない欠席：返金なし
- 当方都合による中止・変更：全額返金（または ご希望の日時に振替）
- 添削：作業に着手する前の キャンセルは 全額返金
返金は Stripe を通じて お支払いに使われたカードへ 行います。カード会社により 反映まで数日〜数週間かかる場合があります。
Delivered services are non-refundable. For services not yet delivered: cancellation notified by the day before → full refund; same-day cancellation or no-show → no refund; cancellation or change on our side → full refund (or rescheduling); proofreading cancelled before we start → full refund. Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original card and may take several days to weeks to appear, depending on your card issuer. |
